The person behind the work

Marketing instincts.
Technical thinking.

Cypris Solutions was built around a simple idea: good marketing gets stronger when it is supported by sound strategy, useful technology, and careful execution.

Meet the founder

Elijah Rademaker

I came to marketing through direct sales and customer-facing work, then expanded into digital tools, web development, and automation as I saw how technology could make good business processes more effective.

As a Marketing Manager, I learned to communicate value face-to-face, understand customer needs, respond to objections, and build rapport that supports a sale—not just a click. Managing outreach, lead generation, client conversations, and Meta advertising gave me a practical view of the work businesses need marketing to do.

My technical background added another layer. I have built websites and web tools, integrated APIs and data, developed automation in JavaScript and Power Automate, and documented processes so other people can use them consistently. In my current technical role, I have also built an internal workflow tool that turns written field notes into structured cost identifiers and imports them into estimating software—reducing hours of manual work.

That combination shapes Cypris Solutions: marketing should be persuasive, but it should also be organized, measurable, and supported by systems that make the work easier to maintain.

A useful combination

Four strengths that work together.

Clients don't need disconnected tactics. They need someone who can understand the commercial goal, communicate clearly, and work through the practical details.

01

Marketing & sales

Experience in direct-to-consumer sales, customer conversations, promotional messaging, lead generation, outreach, and managing Meta advertising.

02

Digital implementation

Hands-on experience building and customizing websites with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with attention to usability, search foundations, and the visitor journey.

03

Automation & systems

Practical work with APIs, data parsing, JavaScript, Power Automate, and AI integrations to reduce repetitive work and make processes more consistent.

04

Project discipline

Detailed documentation, field data collection, estimates, process coordination, technical support, and collaboration with people across different roles.

Experience in practice

Not just ideas—work built and delivered.

My background crosses marketing, technical operations, community leadership, media, and software projects. The common thread is learning the goal, coordinating the moving parts, and making the outcome useful.

Marketing & client growth

Marketing Manager and Managing Director

Handled customer-facing sales and promotions, outreach, lead generation, client conversations, Meta ad management, recruiting, and basic profit-and-loss tracking.

Automation & operational efficiency

Tools that reduce manual work

Created JavaScript and Power Automate workflows that saved hundreds of hours of manual data entry, and built a utility-design workflow tool to convert written notes into structured estimating data.

Web & product development

Practical digital products and tools

Developed custom software and digital tools that help people access information, simplify tasks, and work more efficiently. These projects include automated data integrations and user-friendly desktop applications used by hundreds of people.

Leadership & communication

Distributed teams and community operations

Led and onboarded community staff, coordinated meetings between moderators and developers, helped organize esports events, and worked across teams in multiple countries and time zones.

Examples above describe work and projects from my professional background. Outcomes vary by business; Cypris Solutions does not promise specific marketing results before understanding a client's situation.

How I work with clients

Clear advice. Thoughtful execution. No unnecessary complexity.

I start by learning how your business works, what your customers need to know, and where you believe opportunities are being missed. Then we prioritize the changes that make the most sense for your goals and resources.

The point isn't to do more marketing. It's to make the right work count.
  • Recommendations tied to business objectives
  • Plain-language explanations and clear scope
  • Systems your team can understand and maintain
  • Measurement, iteration, and honest expectations

Let's figure out what would move your business forward.

Tell me where things stand today and what you want to improve. We'll start with a practical conversation, not a canned pitch.
